Sugar Free Grape Jelly
Quite by chance, while experimenting in the kitchen I found an easy delicious recipe! I am super excited and can't wait to try other flavors!
Sugar-free Grape Jelly
1 12 oz. can of 100% Grape juice concentrate (make sure it's not frozen. I had mine in the refrigerator for a day before I made it)
2 cups water, heated till boiling
1 envelope unflavored gelatine
In a medium size bowl, sprinkle gelatine over cold juice. Let stand 1 minute. Add hot water and stir until gelatine in completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Pour into desired jar and refrigerate till set (think mine took about 5 hours).
And Enjoy...so far we've enjoyed it on peanut butter sandwiches, and biscuits!
